| Work was done quickly.waiting area is good. A technician gave me a tongue lashing for parking in the wrong area. My wife had the same service done at another garage and her bill was $50 cheaper for putting on winter tires and storage. |

| got the run around. First told the reading had to be done when engine light on. When we brought it in with engine light on, we were told you can't get a reading on a 1995 car. We took it to another garage, and they had the adapter for the reading on a car our age. |

| Frankly I was very surprised and disappointed that you charged me over $67.00 to determine that the "noise" problem was just the air filter cover not being latched properly. Since no real work was done other than a bit of time I would have expected a "no charge" as an acknowledgement of the patronage I have given your shop over the past 4 years. It's not the money, just the lack of true customer service that annoys me. I doubt that I'll return. |

| It was amazing now its depressing how the staff treat me. In this day and age of people living freely and not having to be afraid or to hide their Sexual Orientation, there are still those who go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable. |
